Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. This role requires a passion for fitness and health, as well as excellent communication skills to provide a superior level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to members, prospective members, and guests upon arrival.
  • Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and providing tours of the facility.
  • Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to member inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
