We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU Progressive Care Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the ICU Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and a degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working in an ICU or progressive care unit setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
