Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate Degree is preferred. Must be a graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program or an NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in CT is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • For NH Medical Center: Must be certified and registered by ARRT in CT - RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at the time of hire. Certification and registration by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) must be obtained within six months of hire.
    • For NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department: Certification and registration by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) is required.
    • For NH Medical Group Office: Certification and registration by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) is required.
    • IV Credentialing is mandatory.
    • Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096 for life support training requirements.
    • Must possess an applicable state license.
  • Additional Skills (required): Strong analytical skills, basic computer proficiency, effective communication abilities, adaptability to patient age-related needs, and capability to interpret information to meet each patient's care requirements.
