About the Role
The Healthcare Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Primary Care Clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care. This role will involve managing a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training to improve clinical skills and job satisfaction
- Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointment scheduling
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
