Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Omni Therapeutics, Inc. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide high-quality school-based therapy services to students in the south and southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure effective therapy outcomes
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to share progress and involve them in the therapeutic process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification
• Current IL and/or IN COTA license
• 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The salary range is competitive and reflects the value we place on our employees' expertise and dedication.
