Job Title: New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a New Graduate LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting, working closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in our system of record
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Recent graduates with strong clinical experience during internships or rotations will be considered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
