Configuration Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Liaison to join our team at HMSA. As a key member of our configuration team, you will be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge of our provider network and business operations.

• Configuration Research and Design: Conduct research and development of new or unused functionality, collaborating with vendors and other partners as needed.
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling projects across teams, ensuring timely delivery of configuration solutions.
• Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Elicit and document requirements for configuration solutions, ensuring clear understanding and documentation of scope and requirements.
• Configuration Analysis and Design: Lead configuration analysis and design teams through the design and development process, identifying solution options and performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and foster productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Conflict Resolution: Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that may arise between HMSA, vendors, and providers.
