We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and provide direct care to residents
  • Teach and counsel residents on wellness and health promotion
  • Participate in assessments and support residents and their families
  • Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants and training of associates
  • Complete monthly in-service training as required

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state
