- Modeling and Simulation: Specify, validate, and adapt modeling and simulation for test and evaluation use.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in performance estimates.
- Analysis Tools: Select, develop, and use analysis tools.
- Test Evaluation: Execute the evaluation plan on data collected by the testing tasks.
- Performance Data Collection: Plan and execute performance data collection.
- Test Planning and Coordination: Plan program and event level testing for collection of data required for analysis and to sync test and evaluation events with supported decision points.
- Data Management: Establish and employ data and configuration management capabilities.
- Test Readiness: Ensure test readiness including training of test event participants, equipment readiness, and security, legal, and privacy compliance arrangements.
- Test Coordination: Participate in test working-level integrated product team and/or integrated test team for coordination of data collection plans.
- Test Execution: Execute testing and data collection per plan.
- Test Reporting: Produce associated test plans, procedures, and reports/briefings, data management plan.
- Technical Direction: Define and provide technical direction and guidance for the level 1 tasks to the level 0 and level 1 TEs assigned to the task.
- Plan Review and Approval: Recommend draft plans and reports from the level 1 tasks for approval by the task leader.
- Government Sponsor Coordination: Work directly with the government sponsor to coordinate task implementation.
- Industry Standards: Maintain knowledge of current and evolving agency, national, and international standards applicable to the system development of interest.
- Testing Expertise: Testing web-based GUIs, enterprise Java applications, or messaging systems.
- Section 508 Compliance: Evaluating web-based GUIs for Section 508 compliance.
- REST-based Web Services: Working with REST and testing REST-based web services.
- Relational Databases: Understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL queries and validating results.
- Scripting Languages: Using scripting languages to automate testing on a Linux platform.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, statistics, engineering management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Eight (8) years' experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Contract-Specific Experience: Two (2) years' experience testing products written in Java or GoLang, three (3) years' experience testing in Linux, Unix, Windows, or Cisco OS operating system.
- Desired Qualifications: Two (2) years' experience testing a messaging service, one (1) year experience using a requirement tracking tool, one (1) year experience using automated testing tools, CWIP: IAT Level II Certification, IA Baseline Certificate.
Active TS/SCI Clearance w/Polygraph Required.
