Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of timesheets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Enter data into databases and spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
• Handle direct deposit requests and data with confidentiality and discretion.
• Process paper checks for distribution in a timely and organized manner.
• Obtain all necessary signatures to distribute payroll in a secure and efficient manner.
• Process wage garnishments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Make adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses, and commission in a fair and equitable manner.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and exceptional mathematical and calculation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
• Knowledge of different types of payroll software and payroll, garnishments, and benefits distribution.
• Multitasking abilities and good research and analysis skills.
