Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join CRMG as a Housekeeping Porter, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our 204-unit apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess amazing attention to detail, a team player attitude, and excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property, including common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds. You will work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17-$19 per hour, paid weekly, along with a monthly cell phone stipend of $25.00 and mileage reimbursement for business-related travel. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, and a flexible spending medical/dependent care savings account.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning techniques and products, and the ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies. A valid driver's license and state minimum insurance are also required, as you will need to drive a gold cart as part of your duties.
