About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and performing various store duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions
  • Perform opening and closing store duties
  • Assist with inventory management and merchandising
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
