  • Support staff by providing direction and assistance to ensure quality service.
  • Assist with running items, bussing tables, and setting up dining areas as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned for each shift.
  • Build and nurture a personal clientele base.
  • Encourage guests to make reservations for future visits.
  • Participate in the development of a restaurant database through networking and completing data cards.
  • Engage in weekly marketing initiatives to promote the venue.
  • Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards set by local authorities.
  • Adhere to grooming standards and uniform policies.
  • Manage a cash bank or impressed bank as required during service.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or club environment, or 1 year in a fine dining setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and active participation is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems are required.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator effectively.
  • Knowledge of various payment methods and guest check processing.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to confidently discuss and serve these items.
  • Proven ability to upsell menu items.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
