Job Summary:

First Student is seeking a Part Time Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will play a vital role in safely transporting students to and from their destinations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a school bus safely and efficiently to transport students to and from school
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Ability to pass a background check and DOT physical
  • Ability to work a split shift, including early morning and afternoon hours
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • $21/hour starting wage, based on experience
  • Guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day
  • Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available
  • CDL training provided
