We are seeking a Destination Services Agent to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our owners/guests by assisting with guest check-in, reviewing property amenities and services, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. You will also interact with colleagues and guests professionally, contribute to team goals, and always follow company policies and safety procedures.

The estimated salary for this position is $19.45 per hour. A typical day as a Destination Services Agent may involve checking in guests, answering phone calls, routing calls to the proper department, and assisting with bellman and runner duties.

To succeed in this role, you should be available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days. You must also be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance.
