As a Maintenance Technician II at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vacation club resort locations. Your expertise in facilities maintenance, customer service, and attention to detail will make a significant impact on our guests\' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs as needed.
\u2022 Perform plumbing maintenance tasks, such as pipe repairs, drain cleaning, and faucet replacement, using methods like soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
\u2022 Replace breakers, ballasts, and other electrical fixtures, including switches and sockets, while preventing and troubleshooting potential electrical hazards.
\u2022 Complete preventative maintenance programs on all systems, including HVAC, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
\u2022 Conduct repairs on interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings, including patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, or texture and painting.
\u2022 Clean and inspect building systems, reporting deficiencies to your supervisor, and adhere to the company\'s safety programs.
