Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean various buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to protect floors and fixtures
  • Report any maintenance needs or repairs to management
  • Foster effective communication and relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Follow all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
  • Move items such as cabinets and boxes to facilitate cleaning, using hand trucks as necessary
  • Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors with appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
  • Wash and replace window treatments as needed
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, and snow removal
  • Sanitize and restock restroom facilities
