We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, a premier senior living community. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities- Prepare the dish room/area prior to meal service, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Transport all dishes to the kitchen following meal preparation and mealtimes, clearing, washing, and sanitizing them to the highest standards.
- Assist with breaking down the kitchen for clean-up, performing general clean-up and sanitation of the dish room, kitchen, dining areas, steam tables, range hoods, sinks, and drains.
- Respond to resident concerns and complaints in a professional and caring manner, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
- Prefer six (6) months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
