Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Golang Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating and addressing shield anomalies using the Reparo tool.
  • Conducting thorough troubleshooting and analysis by examining logs and code.
  • Designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing Golang.
  • Working collaboratively with diverse teams to create scalable solutions.
  • Engaging in code reviews to uphold code quality and industry best practices.
  • Creating and maintaining unit tests to ensure software reliability.
  • Enhancing existing code for improved performance and scalability.
  • Documenting technical specifications and workflows.
Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Golang.
  • A minimum of 3 years specifically in Golang development.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Java, REST APIs, Kafka, and both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Expertise in navigating logs and debugging code effectively.
  • A solid grasp of software development best practices and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work from the Phoenix office three days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
