  • Keep accurate progress notes and other relevant documentation.

  • Assist with household tasks as needed.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and required training sessions.
  • Uphold confidentiality and treat all individuals with dignity and respect.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Completion of a CNA certification program; current CNA certification issued by California.
  • Preferred one year of experience as a CNA, particularly with medically complex patients.
  • Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and First Aid.
  • Strong communication skills with staff, residents, and families.
  • A dependable and responsible demeanor with a compassionate approach.
  • A commitment to delivering quality care in all aspects of your work.
