Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Jennings, MO. This full-time role is ideal for an individual who is eager to make a positive impact in a school setting, providing comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse group of students.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student development and support.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to track student progress and program effectiveness.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Missouri state SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations or in schools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and educators.
- Full-time, hourly position with competitive compensation.
