Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Financial Accountant will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with all levels of the organization and senior management.
- Oversee the financial records of multiple entities
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports along with supporting documentation
- Record monthly journal entries and conduct bank reconciliations
- Facilitate and finalize monthly closing processes
- Analyze revenue and expenditure to ensure accurate monthly recording
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with compliance to bank covenants
- Support financial and tax audits
- Assist in tax administration tasks
- Experience in Public/Private Accounting or Finance, preferably within a Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Fund Administration, or Public Accounting environment
- A solid grasp of accounting principles and practices
- A strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
