Job Requirements

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
Responsibilities

As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
  • Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transporting patients as needed
