Ambassadors of Hospitality:
We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests at Brigantine Restaurants. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with servers, manage seating reservations, and ensure a seamless guest flow. You will contribute to our mission of making every guest leave happy by providing top-notch service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly, providing genuine hospitality and a smile
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent service
- Manage seating and wait lists efficiently, ensuring accurate wait times for incoming guests
- Tend to special guest needs and requests with urgency and care
- Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism throughout your shift

Requirements:
- Desire to help out where needed and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for delivering extraordinary service and exceeding guest expectations
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (in-person and via phone)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to monitor the entire dining area
