Customer Service Team Lead

At GEODIS, we're shaping the future of logistics. As a Warehouse Customer Service Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize warehouse management systems to track customer orders and communicate with customers and stakeholders on order status.
- Lead customer service activities, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints.
- Provide guidance and support to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person, receiving orders or changes in service, and adjusting complaints concerning billing or service rendered.
- Coordinate special shipping requests, expediting orders as necessary, and tracing orders to notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise.
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Synapse operating systems and warehouse management systems.
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers.
