Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Job Responsibilities: As a Full-time Registered Nurse, your primary duties will include:
  • Providing skilled nursing care under physician supervision through the competent application of the nursing process
  • Conducting field visits to evaluate and initiate start of care, as well as conducting clinical outcomes monitoring, follow-up, and care performance improvement initiatives
  • Utilizing accepted company teaching materials in patient/family education
  • Assessing, monitoring, documenting, and reporting progress of patient's health and condition using required documents via clinician preferred technology
  • Honoring patients/residents' rights to be notified in advance of care, treatment, and services to be provided
  • Maintaining current license, certification, and clinical records to meet federal, state, and agency regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and attending physician to develop, integrate, and manage the patient care plan of care, making referrals to other disciplines as needed
  • Supervising care provided by Home Health Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) assigned to the care team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an accredited/approved RN program
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Acute care experience with adult or aging populations
  • Home health and/or skilled nursing experience
