Job Summary:

The Testing Associate provides front-line services to prospective and current students, ensuring a smooth testing experience. This role involves assisting students with test materials and parameters, maintaining confidentiality, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
• Ensure daily testing center functions run smoothly, including managing confidential distribution of testing materials.
• Maintain accurate records and information, adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize multiple work assignments and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements:

• Two years of college and one year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• Organizing and coordinating skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer skills, proficient in MS Office.
