Job Summary:

Southwest Business Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions and core internal integrations. You will work closely with our self-organized teams to ensure that software is built to customer expectations and will guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers on the team. You will also be responsible for building systems to interface with our clientele, automating processes to improve efficiency, and working with product partners to understand requirements and goals. You will conduct peer reviews to ensure that development and security standards are enforced and will demonstrate knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles and design patterns. You will utilize C#, JavaScript, XML, and JSON in carrying out development and will troubleshoot advanced SQL performance issues and write/tune advanced SQL queries. You will also employ microservice architecture and cloud-native services, work in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment, and carry out three-tier architecture and other design patterns. You will utilize team development tools and source control and will perform development within JavaScript frameworks.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 5 years of experience, in the job offered or a related role using AWS, Lambda, AWS CLI, AWS SDK, AWS Serverless Framework, Amazon API Gateway, Serverless Application, three-tier architecture, Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, ReactJS, GIT, S3, JWT, OAuth, RESTful API, and JSON. Experience with NoSQL, AWS Fargate, AWS CloudWatch, AWS Cognito, SNS, SQS, Control Tower, CloudFront, CloudFormation, Elastic Search, Dynamo DB, Dynamo DB Streams, Kinesis, Docker, EC2, VPC, Unit Testing, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) is also required.
