We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at the Topeka Plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality snacks while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Produce high-quality snacks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform assigned shift attendance and be available to work additional hours as needed.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized production area.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Work Environment

The Topeka Plant is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Production Technician, you will be working in a cold environment and will be exposed to flour and yeast materials. You must be able to work in a team environment and be willing to adapt to changing priorities.
