Job Title: Busser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Harry Buffalo. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, walls, windows, and restrooms.
  • Restock dining room supplies, such as silverware, glassware, and condiments, to ensure seamless service.
  • Prepare beverages, including coffee and iced tea, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Communicate effectively with our host/hostess and servers to maintain efficient service.
  • Assist servers during peak periods to ensure timely service.
  • Remove dirty dishes and silverware from guest tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
