About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or Compact License that covers PA.
  • Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred, but not required.
