As a clinician with TeamHealth, you will have the flexibility to maximize your income potential in our part-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant role.

We are seeking skilled healthcare professionals to work in local post-acute care communities near Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low, AZ. With support from our operations team, you will drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care for patients in these communities.

The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to round on all patients as medically necessary, including conducting H&P, admission, progress, transfer, discharge, and acute/follow-up assessments. You will also collaborate with facilities to transfer patients to the most suitable level and site of care upon discharge, considering options such as home, independent living centers, assisted living, and memory care.

Our clinical team works closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies to ensure a smooth transition home. We prioritize patient safety and well-being throughout this process.

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

The compensation for this part-time position is based on a productivity model (Fee for Service), offering you control to maximize your income potential. The estimated annual salary range is $54,000 to $64,800, with no cap on productivity-based income.
