We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a Pediatric LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our young patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical nursing care to pediatric patients under the direction of a RN Care Manager.
- Implement nursing interventions according to established standards and demonstrate competence in specified nursing care.
- Administer and document medications by all routes, utilizing the five rights and all other related safety recommendations.
- Communicate and document patient response to care.
- Participate in unit quality improvement activities and assess own educational needs.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Must satisfactorily complete orientation objectives as determined by the manager/supervisor.
