Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Linda Manor Extended Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and food intake.
  • Document all ADLs in the electronic health record and observe and report symptoms, reactions, and other changes in condition promptly.
  • Turn and position residents as required by care plans and maintain a safe, neat, and clean environment.
  • Communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
  • Assist and escort residents to appointments and activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be knowledgeable of the individualized care plan for residents and provide support in accordance with their care plan. You will also need to identify and participate in the QAPI process and maintain resident rights and confidentiality.
