We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal Care team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Staff RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting a culture of patient-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.
- Lead and direct others through the change process, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- 6 months recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in mother/baby care or successful completion of a KP FCC training program or approved equivalent within prior 12 months.
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Basic Life Support
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program

Notes:If twelve (12) hour option chosen, shift will be 7:30 am-8:00 pm, back up 8-hour shift will be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
