Role Overview:
The FP&A Analyst I plays a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making through various reporting functions.

This position involves assisting in the development of budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting analytics, operational and management reports, and trend analysis utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI.

By collaborating closely with various business partners, you will effectively communicate and influence business decisions based on the data and reports you provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain periodic management P&L reporting for analysis by senior leaders.
• Enhance reporting processes and develop new reports to improve efficiency.
• Analyze financial data from P&L and proactively present findings to management.
• Collaborate on solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support the development of Anaplan models and reporting for successful implementation.
• Provide training and support to users for smooth system enhancements.
• Construct complex financial models to address internal customer needs.
• Partner with Senior FP&A Analysts and Leadership on enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Internship experience in a finance-related role is required.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a financial analyst position.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and index/match functions.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to extract and analyze large data sets and present them in a clear, actionable format.
