Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agribusiness Hazmat Delivery Specialist to join our team in Tecumseh. This role involves delivering crop protection products to customers across the region, both locally and over longer distances.

About the Role

This is a Monday to Friday position with routes that include a mix of local deliveries (returning home daily) and occasional longer regional hauls (with some overnight stays). Regardless of the route, drivers are guaranteed to be home for the weekend. Additional overtime opportunities are available during peak seasons.

The successful candidate will be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus, paid out in two installments: $1500 after 30 days and $1500 after 90 days.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers while prioritizing safety and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including pre-trip and post-trip reporting, load securement, and hours of service.
  • Assist warehouse staff as needed and work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • A valid Class A CDL license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet minimum age requirements
  • Hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 80 lbs, walk, stand, sit, bend, and kneel
Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive total rewards package, which includes base wage compensation and potential additional earnings such as bonuses, incentives, and commissions. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000, based on industry standards and market rates.
