Highway Worksite Supervisor

HireQuest Direct is hiring a Highway Worksite Supervisor to oversee the safe management of construction projects nationwide. This role requires strong leadership and attention to detail to ensure the well-being of our crew members and passing motorists.

• Supervising flaggers and directing traffic flow during construction projects.
• Ensuring compliance with state traffic regulations and ATSSA guidelines.
• Maintaining open communication with the construction crew and other stakeholders.
• Strategically placing warning and detour signs to minimize disruptions.
• Managing the setup and removal of barricades and traffic cones.
• Monitoring the movement of debris and hazardous materials.
• Documenting incidents involving motorists and vehicles.
