Overview

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated clinical and academic physician to join its multidisciplinary Infectious Disease service line at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings with a focus on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Participate in rotational weekend hospital and call coverage, with an average of 1:4.
  • Provide clinical supervision and teaching for residents and medical students, fostering a culture of excellence in education and research.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for all patients, leveraging expertise to drive improved patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A passion for delivering clinically excellent care and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Infectious Disease.
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program and an Adult Infectious Disease fellowship.
  • Active/Eligible board certification in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease.
  • Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license.
  • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.

Our partnership has expanded over the years, with the establishment of a Creighton campus for third and fourth-year students in 2009 and the announcement of a full four-year medical school campus in Phoenix in 2018.

Pay Range

$118.51 - $165.90 /hour
