Key Responsibilities:

Excel Modeling Expertise:

  • Design and enhance intricate Excel models for forecasting, planning, and analytical purposes.
  • Streamline data processing and reporting workflows through the use of advanced Excel functionalities and VBA.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visual representations to facilitate informed decision-making.

S&OP Methodology:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain reporting needs and deliver insightful analyses.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Examine extensive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Excel Modeler or Analyst with a focus on S&OP.
  • Strong SQL capabilities with the proficiency to write complex queries and manage large datasets.
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and VBA.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Skilled in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Understanding of S&OP processes and best practices.
  • Experience in creating data models in Excel using Access and BigQuery.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Certification in Supply Chain or Data Analysis is beneficial.
