Job Summary

This is a travel position, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
  • Position patients correctly and safely to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and images.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • ARRT (CT) certification and BLS certification required.
  • Preferred certifications: RT (T), ASRT.
  • Strong experience with GE and Meditech equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

You will be working in a state-of-the-art computed tomography scanner suite at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. The hospital is a comprehensive stroke center and has received the American Heart Gold Plus Achievement Award. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
