Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to perform a combination of production line and material handling tasks in a manufacturing environment. This role involves meeting production standards, following safety protocols, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and perform manual production tasks.
  • Inspect materials and products for quality control.
  • Follow batch records, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs assisted.

Willingness to work in varying conditions, including outdoor environments if needed
