Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise to customers.
- Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns and demonstrate effective selling skills to positively impact conversion.
- Process stock, maintain stockroom organization, and adhere to company standards of merchandise presentation and display.
- Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures and report maintenance and facility needs promptly.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom, climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
