2. Kitchen Sanitation:

- Uphold cleanliness across all kitchen areas, including workstations and storage spaces.

- Follow sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

- Participate in routine cleaning tasks to maintain an orderly workspace.

3. Food Preparation Assistance:

- Support the culinary team with basic food prep tasks such as washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards to ensure food quality and consistency.

- Collaborate with chefs to facilitate timely food production during events.

4. Inventory Oversight:

- Assist in managing inventory by rotating stock and monitoring ingredient levels.

5. Compliance and Safety:

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and temperature control.

- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor promptly.

6. Event Assistance:

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
