Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental hygiene team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education.

Responsibilities
  • Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays.
  • Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene and provide instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods.
  • Communicate with the doctor regarding opportunities for restorative and/or periodontal needs.
  • Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patients and ensure health history is updated for all returning patients.
Requirements
  • Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
  • X-Ray/Radiology Certification where state regulations specify.
  • Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification where state regulations specify.
