Job Overview

Our Retail Sales Representatives work as part of a high-performing team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are responsible for creating an engaging and interactive experience for our customers, showcasing our latest products and services, and providing expert advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, attentive, and tailored to each customer's unique needs.
  • Showcase T-Mobile products and services, highlighting their features and benefits, and making recommendations based on individual customer preferences.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they get the most out of their T-Mobile experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and support each other in achieving our goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of six months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
