Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with customers and technicians to determine necessary parts.
2. Promote and sell parts for various powersport vehicles, with a portion of your earnings based on commission from your sales.
3. Upsell additional items and complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records and input customer data efficiently.
5. Always project a positive and professional image to our customers.
6. Handle phone inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
7. Organize and display merchandise as needed.
8. Provide customers with accurate pricing for parts.
9. Ensure all displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
10. Keep customers informed about their orders and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Powersports dealership is preferred.
- Required experience in retail sales.
- Familiarity with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale systems and computerized inventory management, with a willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to accurately look up parts and provide pricing using the appropriate catalogs.
- Experience with Dealer Management Tools such as CDK or Lightspeed is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for the powersports industry.
- Attention to detail and a quick learning ability regarding various parts.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and MVR check.
