The Delaware Schools Consortium is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $62,500 per year, based on the current State and Local Teacher Salary Schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for screening students for possible speech and/or language deficiencies, evaluating their speech/language skills, and developing individualized therapy plans to meet their needs. You will also work closely with school personnel to deliver services in accordance with each student's IEP.

To be successful in this position, you must have a Master's degree in speech-language pathology, communication disorders, or speech-language and hearing science. You should also hold or be eligible for a Speech/Language Pathologist Professional License from the State of Delaware, and have ASHA certification (or be willing to obtain it). Physical stamina is required, as you may need to stand and work continuously for four hours per day.
