Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, IL. As a key member of our Movado Company Store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and developing expertise in our merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets as set by the Store Manager.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring accurate ticketing and proper display of merchandise.
  • Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong selling skills, particularly in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail. They will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A flexible schedule is required to accommodate business needs and ensure store objectives are achieved.
