We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Infusion Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education to patients with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices. This role requires strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organization skills, as well as the ability to work independently and be a resourceful, proactive problem solver.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide nursing interventions, pump refills, and dose adjustments as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on healthy lifestyle choices and promote informed decision-making
- Collaborate with prescribing physicians, patients, and caregivers as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- 3 years of RN experience with 24/7 accountability
- Demonstrate skill and ability required for completion of Intrathecal Nurse Fellowship Orientation program
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and be a resourceful, proactive problem solver
- ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience
- Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles

The estimated full-time base annual salary is $80,000, with actual salary based on qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
